Mass Access maintains a database of accessible and affordable apartments. This database catalogs location of housing, rent level, bedroom size, adaptable or accessible features, vacancy status, amenities, and neighborhood features
Alternative Housing Voucher Program (AHVP)
The Alternative Housing Voucher Program provides rental assistance to people with disabilities under age 60 who either live in, or are eligible to live in elderly/disabled state assisted public housing. Clink on a list of local housing authorities to se if they have the program and how to apply.
Berkshire Family & Individual Resources
This organization provides advocacy and educational services for people with disabilities.

The Disability Law Center (DLC) is a private, non-profit organization responsible for providing protection and advocacy for the rights of Massachusetts residents with disabilities. Their mission is to provide legal advocacy on disability issues that promote the fundamental rights of all people with disabilities to participate fully and equally in the social and economic life of Massachusetts.

Section 8 Information for People with Disabilities
HUD provides Section 8 rental vouchers and certificates to Public housing authorities (PHAs) that have approved plans to designate certain housing as elderly-only, disabled-only, or mixed elderly and disabled households to enable persons with disabilities to rent affordable housing. Check with your local Housing Authority for help in your area.
