Central MA Housing Alliance Worcester
CMHA operates many programs ranging from homelessness prevention to affordable homeownership as well as services for elder homeowners. CMHA provides leadership and is making an effort to strengthen homeless service delivery systems and works on increasing and preserving the supply of affordable housing in the Worcester area.

The Vineyard Housing Office serves as a resource for Islanders who rent, need a new rental, home owners or prospective home buyers as well as those working to create affordable housing opportunities.
The Aquinnah Wampanoag Tribal Housing Authority was created to provide safe, decent, sanitary, and affordable housing for tribal members. It is the intention of the Housing Authority to construct Elderly housing and Mutual Help housing upon the completion of the present Low Rent housing. These homes are funded by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants. The Tribal Housing Authority is using the Force Account Construction method that allows the Tribal Housing Authority to employ tribal members to train them in the construction trade. It is the intention of the Tribal Housing to recreate a Wampanoag Community.
The Nantucket Housing Office is a private, not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to create community housing opportunities for Nantucket.
Dedicated to providing quality public housing for eligible tenants. They own and manage 2551 apartments within the City of New Bedford. They also administer over 1800 housing subsidy vouchers for qualified tenants who can use them for rental assistance in the greater New Bedford area. For contact information check this website.
NOAH (Neighborhood Of Affordable Housing)
Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) is entering its twenty-fourth year as a multi-service non-profit community development corporation (CDC). Initially focusing on East Boston they are now creating and preserving affordable housing opportunities and building safe and healthy neighborhoods for those most in need and others challenged by today’s housing market in the greater Boston area as well
Regional Housing Network of Massachusetts
Regional Housing Network of MA (former MA Nonprofit Housing Association) consists of nine regional nonprofit housing agencies, all charitable, nonprofit, community based, public purpose agencies. These agencies are actively involved in collaborative efforts with an array of service providers to assist families across the state. Between them, they serve every city and town in Massachusetts.
